ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
YES. Consumer Focused Moving & Storage is licensed by TxDOT #006263845C and we carry the required insurance coverage. Under Texas law, anyone offering to perform a moving service for hire must be registered with TxDOT. To verify whether your mover is properly registered, contact TxDOT at (800) 299-1700 (select Option 3 from the automated menu).
ARE YOUR MOVERS FULL TIME EMPLOYEES?
YES. All employees are full-time, trained professional movers. We do not use any temporary help or day laborers. All employees are drug tested and undergo background and reference checks. Our employees are some of the highest paid in the industry, so we are able to get only very best movers.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
In order to make it convenient and easy for you, we accept: Cash, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders.
DO YOU SHRINK-WRAP AND PAD FURNITURE?
YES. We quilt-pad wrap ALL furniture items prior to moving them, greatly reducing risk of damages with no additional charge to you. Shrink-wrapping of furniture is available at a minimal cost.
DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENT COVERAGE?
YES. Replacement Coverage is offered please ask your Sales professional for details.
DO YOU PROVIDE ON-SITE ESTIMATES?
YES, we provide free on-site estimates. We have full-time, on site Sales Professionals ready to serve you.
DO YOU PROVIDE PACKING SERVICES?
YES. We have professionally-trained employees to handle all your packing needs. Whether you just need a little help packing your kitchen or need your entire house packed and unpacked, we offer services to fit all of your packing needs.
DO YOU OFFER STORAGE?
YES. We offer a climate controlled 24-hour secured storage facility.
CAN I LEAVE MY CLOTHES IN THE DRAWERS?
YES. Just be sure not to leave anything solid that can damage the piece. |
